Items shipped worldwide using Canada Post.

Please be advised that we are updating our shipping details. A revised shipping quote will be emailed to you prior to shipping if need be.

USA and International Credit Card purchases will be checked and verified by Credit Card Services to ensure there is a match with Owner and Card. For faster transactions please feel free to use Paypal.

Instore Pick Ups:

In store pick ups are welcome. Please add in the notes section that you will like to pick up and from which location. Your card will NOT be charged for shipping, even if your checkout total shows it we will remove the charge. You will be asked for ID.
If you would like to pay in person as well, please include that information in the notes section along with where you would like to pick up your order.

Your order will only be held for 1 week unless other arrangements are made. We understand sometimes it can be difficult to make it out to the store, just let us know if there will be a delay.

Location ONE: Pick ups from our South Surrey location can be made 24 hours after your order is placed.

FAQs

I want to pick up, what do I do and why does it still charge me shipping?

We look over every order before your card is charged. We will remove any charges that aren't supposed to be there. Please make a note on your order about picking up and from which location. Don't forget your ID!

I'm not in Canada. Do I have to pay tax?

No, only Canadian citizens have too. If your checkout shows a tax amount that will be removed before your card is charged.

Methods of Payment?

We accept credit card and Paypal. If you'd like to pay by money order please email and let us know to make arrangements. (Money order orders are held for only 2 weeks) If paying by Paypal please read the instructions, there is an extra step that takes you back to our store to finalize your purchase.
